A social recovery club, not a spa.
Sauna, ice bath and rest, together. A place in Guadalajara where the body recovers and people meet.

The route never changes: heat. cold. rest. again.
Group contrast therapy in Colonia Americana, Guadalajara: dry sauna and ice bath in turns, with a host guiding every round.
Repeat 2 to 3 rounds · 90 minutes in total

A group circuit with a host. Heat, cold and rest next to people who came for the same thing.
For your partner, your friends or your crew. The full circuit, just for you.
Pay for two sessions and the third is on us. Three 60-minute visits to live the full ritual.
$800 MXN
Heat opens you up, cold wakes you up and rest brings you back. Two or three rounds per session, always together.
A swing of up to 90 °C
85–95°C
Wood, volcanic stone and dry air. The heat raises your pulse with no effort.
4–8°C
You go in with your host, breathe together and count your way out. That is where the shift happens.
Nobody goes into the cold alone. The host prepares the water, gets in with you and counts your breath.
Set from the morning. No melting ice, no waiting.
The host gets in with you and counts your breath. The first time is easier than you think.
The last round of the evening gets the same water as the first.
The tubs are on wheels: some sessions and events happen under the trees.
Teak over steel, water down to 2 °C and UV-light filtration all day.

The first generation is engraved on the entrance wall of Casa BRUMA.
A house in Colonia Americana made for getting together: wooden sauna, cold tubs, a garden and a bar. Someone always greets you by name.

Contrast therapy alternates heat and cold in successive rounds: at BRUMA, a dry sauna at 85–95 °C followed by an ice bath at 4–8 °C and a rest period. The full circuit lasts 90 minutes, runs in groups of up to 15 people and always with a host who keeps the timing.
BRUMA · Social Recovery Club is in Colonia Americana, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. It is open every day from 08:00 to 21:00, with guided dry sauna and ice bath sessions every 90 minutes and room for 15 people per session.
BRUMA's Day Pass costs $800 MXN and includes three hours in the house with the full circuit, limited to one purchase per person. A group Ritual Bruma session costs $500 MXN (60 minutes) or $1,000 MXN (90 minutes); the private Experiencia Bruma goes from $1,000 MXN for one person to $2,000 MXN for four; Primer Ritual gives three 60-minute visits for $1,000 MXN, and the Founding Membership, with unlimited visits and a price that never goes up, costs $5,990 MXN a month for the first 50 people.
No. BRUMA is a social recovery club: the circuit is guided, happens in a group and at a set time; it is not an individual treatment booked by therapist. The heart of the experience is the contrast circuit and the community around it.
No previous experience is needed. Every session has a host who explains the heat, cold and rest times and adjusts the intensity to each person. You can leave the sauna or the ice bath whenever you need to.
Just a swimsuit. BRUMA provides a towel, sandals and a locker. The bar has complimentary water, electrolytes and tea.
Yes. Cancelling more than 12 hours in advance is free and the visit returns to your plan. With less than 12 hours you can still cancel, but the visit is used. The Day Pass is refundable only with more than 24 hours notice.
Yes. The Founding Membership includes special guests. Anyone can also come with their own Day Pass, or you can book a private Experiencia Bruma together for 2 to 4 people.
Yes. Contrast therapy is not recommended during pregnancy or with heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy or recent alcohol use. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor before booking. A health notice is signed before the first visit.
Cold exposure after exercise is used to reduce the feeling of muscle soreness and to speed up perceived recovery. At BRUMA the ice bath is done in rounds of 2 to 3 minutes at 4–8 °C, always after the sauna and with rest between rounds. It does not replace medical care or professional sports advice.
Pick a day and time, and bring whoever you like. Instant confirmation.
